Hi, I’m Tracey.

You may have tried to think your way through what you’re carrying and found that it only gets you so far. That’s because so much of what we experience lives not just in our thoughts, but in our bodies: the tightness in your chest when anxiety spikes, the heaviness that won’t lift, the way your whole body braces before you fully understand why. I work with adults who are ready to go deeper using an approach that honors both the intelligence of the mind and the wisdom of the body.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in New York, offering telehealth therapy to adults across New York State. I have studied a wide array of modalities, but what I have found to be most helpful for my clients so far has been somatic work. My practice is grounded in somatic types of therapy including Somatic Experiencing (SE) - a body-based approach to healing trauma and stress - woven together with psychodynamic and mindfulness-based methods. This means our work together will be tailored to you: we will go at a pace that feels safe, explore patterns with curiosity rather than judgement, and build real, lasting capacity for regulation, resilience, but most importantly joy.

You deserve to have someone hold space for you. You deserve to feel better.

Specialities

My specialties include clients experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and chronic health conditions. I also love working with women who have been diagnosed with ADHD in adulthood. From my prior work in college counseling, I also have extensive experience working with young adults in college and graduate school and the unique challenges they face. My approach is strengths-based with emphasis on the client’s personal growth towards their goals.

Here are some of the most frequent concerns my clients have:

  • ADHD

  • Chronic Pain/Autoimmune Conditions

  • Grief / Loss

  • Trauma

  • General Stress

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Life Transitions

  • Relationship Issues

  • Perfectionism
